The Effect of Stretching Exercises Applied to the Lower Extremities on the Shot Speed and Balance Skills of Football Players

Bu araştırmada, alt ekstremiteye uygulanan proprioseptif nöromüsküler fasilitasyon (PNF) germe egzersizlerinin, futbolcularda şut atma hızına, dinamik ve statik denge yeteneğine etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın deney grubu, 20 futbolcuya ön test yapıldıktan sonra, sekiz hafta süresince PNF egzersizi uygulanarak son gün ölçümleri alınmıştır. Kontrol grubu ilk alındıktan sonra normal antrenmanlarına devam eden, herhangi özel bir program uygulanmadan alınmış futbolcudan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada ölçümünde, Biodex Denge Sistemi, Şut hızı ölçümünde 30 m Stalker Solo II Sports Radar Gun marka hız ölçüm cihazı kullanılmıştır. Yapılan istatistik sonuçlarına göre kontrol grubunda yer alan futbolcuların testi metre değerlerinde anlamlı farklılık bulunurken (p<0.05), bulunmamıştır (p>0.05). Sonuç olarak, 8 haftalık egzersizlerinin ile testinin pozitif olarak etkileyebileceği görülmüştür.
